#08 - Keith Macpherson - Stories of Mindfulness and Connection

Keith is a musician, yoga teacher, life coach, and mindfulness educator. He is also my friend and life coach.

He brings his friendly, light energy wherever he goes. Students of his yoga classes appreciate his insightful stories at the beginning of class, his goofy jokes that break up stressful poses and his sweet voice that sings the final notes of the class. 

In today’s episode, Keith is going to share some of his stories and lessons from traveling all over the world and what he’s noticed about the human experience. 

He will also teach us a bit about mindfulness and how we can start being mindful in our lives and what it might mean for us.
